8S service

We perform “8 S” service for our clients. “8S” indicates eight kinds of services that including local layout, installation & commissioning, plant operation, daily maintenance, local management, client training, transfer& removing, and heavy repair & up-grading for our plants. Some services are free. It is a comprehensive and systemic service project that is considered for clients. After signing the written contract, we will supply plant layout, foundation design, cable layout and transportation project for free.

  •  

    Local Layout:

    After signing the contract, Broady will design the plant layout that how to install the plant according to customers’ requirement, where do as office field, material storage field, truck way and so on according to the customer actual situation and requirements.

  •  

    Installation & Commissioning:

    Broady will provide the plant installation & commissioning guiding for free, including training the client’s operator and repairman until they be qualified. After close the commissioning, Broady will sign the plant acceptance paper with client together.

  •  

    Plant Operation:

    After the plant acceptance, if the client has no ability to equip capable operators for the plant or make request, Broady can provide operators for the client, including training the client’ operator, but Broady will charge for this service and sign service agreement.

  •  

    Daily Maintenance:

    Broady can provide daily maintenance guidance personnel for the client with paid, who will be responsible for plant daily maintenance like periodical lubrication, regulating plant tolerance or dealing with the failures during operating.

  •  

    Local Management:

    Broady can arrange some personnel capable for organization and management for the client, who will be responsible for whole plant workers( who works for locale operation, maintenance and service) daily management and locale fixation management.

  •  

    Client Training:

    During the warranty time, Broady will provide free training for client’s operation, maintenance personnel, which will make them work independently; but if after the warranty time, because the client personnel adjustment or plant upgrading, it needs to train them again. Broady will provide paid training (locale training and company training) according to client request.

  •  

    Transfer & Removing:

    Broady can provide plant transfer& removing paid service for the client, including the plant disassembly, installation and commissioning until it reaches normal production. This service is with charge.

  •  

    Heavy Repair & Upgrading:

    Before annual plant boot-starting and after construction closing, Broady will provide heavy repair service for the plant with paid. The client pay a certain amount for the repair fee; during the repairing if need to replace spare parts, the client should purchase the parts itself.
